Location: United States Yeah.. this update was mostly setting up the groundwork for future updates. After completing the story you can still train your Pets to level 2 and read their dialogues, but for now, thats it.

Ahh k did wonder, did have fun with what was there, and finding out how kinky the librarian is. Also had fun with the hunters out in the world, though one thing was that they were all the same. 
Was wondering about more variety in them ie: different hair colours/styles, or whether it is a limitation of the game creation software.
But in all it is looking good.

The main reason is for time constraints. I would love to make dozens of different designs for vampire hunters, but it would be too much to include in a single update, plus I would need to make a vampire and ghoul version plus sprites for each, so yeah, a bunch of clones for now. However, I did think of a way to remedy this issue, but I'll speak more about it later and it will be slowly getting added in future updates.
I've enjoyed it, question though, can you find the hooded figure after it flees what's left of nocturna HQ, or is it meant to be a future endeavor in vampire Route

It is all set up for now..

Location: United States How has everyone's new year been so far? I've been bedridden since the first. I've been coughing up some nasty stuff and feeling pretty miserable overall. I'm recovering now and am mostly better, save for this persistent cough. As of now, I got 6 new sketches done. 
I've got all the sketches for the user contract scenes done, so I started on some sketches that will be added in the chapter 3 update. Below is a better look at the Bee Worker enemy as well as an unnamed character that will be introduced in the chapter 3 update.
As of this update I will also be opening up submissions for round 4 of the user contracts! Be sure follow the rules and get your idea out there! All of the details will be found in the post following this one, so be sure to read them carefully before submitting! That's all for now! See you next week!

Posts: 787 Good update. I may have to do a full sweep for you sometime soon. Two that jumped out at me - 
Outside Dorian's manor, if you check the widget statue while a hunter, it had her vamp pic shown.
Inside the manor, if you check the broken wardrobe as a vampire, it has the human reaction.
I do think there was a spot or two around Mor town that had human reactions while vamped.
One trick you could do for the huntresses is pallet swap. I might give a shot from one of your preview pics to see how hard but it could give a trick. Another might be to make it so 'stronger' huntresses are the black haired one and can be turned or drained. Make a brown haired or such that's only good for draining. 
A fun time scene and pic with your vampire minions might be fun. Maybe a side task for the brides to earn a scene with each of them.
Edit: About half an hour work on quick repainting. With the originals (bonus if you have one not black hair), I can probably churn out 3-4 different hair and outfit tweaks for sprite and all 3 pics pretty easily.

Posts: 23 I seem to be missing something - I can't get past the art gallery, having met the two brides so far. Judging by the screen shots there's an encounter with a third bride in the room with the (now) broken wardrobe, but it isn't happening for me.

Did you look at portrait that earierly looks simalar to Mila in gallery , 8f so after that their should be another scene around the manor somewhere , cant quite rember, for it's been a little bit now, since I'm a patreon , I played before new years, and havent play a second playthrough yet.

Location: United States Submissions for Round 4 of the user submitted contest are now closed. I will be reviewing submissions over the next two days and decide on 3 of them for you to vote for. The poll should be up in just a couple of days.
This week I began writing a full walkthrough of Crimson Veil 2.3! I've noticed a ton of people getting confused about where to go at certain points or how to get certain endings or images in their picture gallery. This guide will cover all of that. Everything from hidden items you may not have found to boss health and strategies, story, etc. I'm about half way through writing it, and I want to fit it with images and stuff to make it even easier to follow. Once it's done, it will be available for everyone to download for free.
I also want to mention that this past Tuesday, I finally hit my goal of reaching 100 Patrons. Thank you all so much for your support and as I promised, I gave a 4 weeks notice to my boss that I would be resigning from my current night job. I gave them more than the usual 2 weeks, since I'm not immediately starting a new job and I am in no hurry. My position isn't the easiest to find a replacement for. My coworkers and boss have been great to me all this time and I want this transition to go smoothly for them. 
As of February 8, I am a free man. I want to introduce some positive change into my life before I jump back into the work force and live a little. Diet, exercise, getting to enjoy the sun for a change, that sort of thing. I'm going to be an uncle in about a month and a half and I'm am so excited to be able to be with my family once my nephew is born. There's plenty to look forward to so far this year and I'm feeling really happy. Let's keep this momentum up!
